#1000blackinterns is a two-year initiative aimed at hiring 1000 Black interns in the insurance industry. We are proud to partner with employers who wish to proudly and collectively display their commitment to diversity.
The insurance industry currently has a severe shortage of Black professionals at executive levels. In order to help shift that narrative and create intentional, sustainable impact, the industry must proactively groom the next generation of talent. One way to do so is through the increased representation of Black students in internships.
#1000blackinterns is proud to work with corporate partners to highlight their commitments, celebrate diversity and show the world that the insurance industry will be stronger than ever in the 21st century.
